Gym before work.
Watching the match. With regulars, not randoms.
Harbour is a real-world plans app for men. Open a spot in what you're already doing, or join what's happening today. No profiles. No feeds. Just show up. The rest follows.
Pick your city. Leave your name and email. When 100 men are in, you'll get a single email. No drip campaigns. No updates. Just: it's ready.
We review each application before your city opens.
No spam. No marketing. You'll hear from us once — when your city is ready.
✓
Application received.
You're in the queue for your city. When it opens, you'll hear from us.
Straight answers.
You see what's already happening in your city. You join what fits, or you open a spot in something you're already doing — gym tomorrow, padel Saturday. A few men join. You show up, do the thing. If it was good, one tap to do it again with the same guys.
We review each application manually. We're looking for men who already have an active routine and are joining to expand it — not to find a social group from scratch. Most applications take 24–48 hours.
Because men build friendships differently: through activity, repetition, and low-pressure proximity. Harbour is designed around that behavior specifically. Mixed-gender social coordination is a different product with different dynamics.
It disappears quietly. No one sees that it didn't fill. The point is to make trying low-risk. You were going anyway.
Free until 3 confirmed hangouts. After that: one lifetime payment — €99, once, forever. No subscriptions, no monthly pressure. The app is built to eventually need you less, not more.
No. There's no profile feed to scroll. You see plans — who's going, what activity, when. You join or you don't. The app is built around doing things, not evaluating people.
No. If your goal is to pitch, recruit, or sell — this is the wrong app.
Harbour launches city by city. If you move somewhere Harbour already exists, you can use it there immediately. If not, you can join the waitlist for that city while it fills.

Terms of Service
Last updated: June 2, 2026 · Effective: June 2, 2026
1. Acceptance of Terms
These Terms of Service ("Terms") are a binding legal agreement between you and BRENOM LLC ("Harbour", "we", "us", "our"), operating the Harbour mobile application and website at joinharbour.co.
By applying to join, creating an account, or using the Service in any way, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Eligibility
To use Harbour you must:
Be at least 18 years old
Be a man
Submit an application and receive approval from us
Be located in or have a genuine connection to a city where Harbour is active
Have a valid phone number capable of receiving SMS
Agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy
Harbour is a private, application-based membership service. Meeting the criteria above does not guarantee access. We reserve the right to approve or decline any application at our sole discretion.
3. Application and Approval
Access requires completing an application with written answers and a real-face profile photo. Applications are reviewed manually. We may approve or reject any application for any reason. Approval is personal and non-transferable.
We reserve the right to revoke approval and terminate your account at any time if we determine you no longer meet our community standards.
4. Your Account
Your phone number is your primary identity credential. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. Profile photos must show your real face — no avatars, logos, or images of other people. You may not create more than one account.
After 30 days of inactivity, your profile is automatically hidden from the session feed. It reactivates when you reopen the app.
5. Membership and Payment
Harbour is free until you have confirmed attendance at 3 sessions. After your third confirmed hangout, a one-time payment of €99 is required to continue. There are no subscriptions, no recurring charges, and no tiered plans. Payment is processed by Stripe.
Refunds
30-day refund: If unsatisfied within 30 days of payment, contact us for a full refund. No questions asked.
City never launches: If your city does not reach its launch threshold within 6 months of payment, you receive a full automatic refund.
Termination by us: If we terminate your account for a Terms violation, no refund is issued.
Voluntary deletion after 30 days: No refund. The €99 is a lifetime payment for access already granted.
6. What Harbour Is — and Is Not
Harbour is a real-world activity coordination tool. It is not:
A dating or romance app
A networking or professional services platform
A social network or public community
A marketplace or platform for selling goods or services
A background-check or safety verification service
We do not screen members for criminal history or guarantee the character, suitability, or safety of any member. Meeting other people carries inherent risk that you accept by using the Service.
7. Acceptable Use
You agree to use Harbour only for coordinating genuine, in-person activities. The following are strictly prohibited:
Commercial activity
Posting sessions that charge participants beyond equal cost-sharing
Using sessions to sell products, promote services, or recruit for a business
MLM, affiliate, or network marketing of any kind
Hosting paid workshops, coaching sessions, or ticketed events
Misuse of the platform
Creating a fake or misleading profile
Impersonating another person
Creating multiple accounts
Using the app for romantic or sexual purposes
Scraping, harvesting, or collecting data about other members
Harmful conduct
Harassment, threats, or intimidation of any member
Discriminatory, abusive, or hateful behaviour
Sharing another member's personal information without their consent
Any conduct that endangers the safety of other members
Violations may result in immediate suspension or permanent termination without notice or refund.
8. Sessions — Posting and Joining
Posting a session
When you post a session, you are responsible for the accuracy of all details. Sessions must be genuine — if you post a session, you are expected to attend. Sessions are capped at 6 participants and may only be posted within a 72-hour window.
No-shows
If you post a session and do not attend without cancelling, a no-show is recorded on your profile. Repeated no-shows may result in account review or suspension.
Location
Only the neighbourhood is shown publicly. The exact address is revealed only to confirmed attendees. You are responsible for providing a safe, accessible, and accurate location.
9. Cost Sharing
If a session has a cost, you may display an estimated per-person cost when posting. This is informational only. The cost must represent a genuine equal split of real expenses. You may not use cost fields to charge a margin or generate income. Any attempt to profit from sessions is grounds for permanent termination.
10. Per-Session Chat
Each session has a temporary chat thread accessible only to confirmed attendees, for logistical coordination only. Chat messages are automatically and permanently deleted 72 hours after the session start time. There is no archive. Once deleted, messages are unrecoverable.
11. Connections and WhatsApp
After attending a session, you may indicate which attendees you would hang out with again. If two members both select each other, a mutual connection is created — one-way selections are never disclosed. The app provides direct WhatsApp links for connected members to message 1-on-1. By joining a session, you acknowledge that other confirmed attendees may initiate WhatsApp contact with you. Harbour is not responsible for communications that occur outside the Service.
12. In-Person Meetings and Safety
Harbour facilitates coordination for real-world activities. Meeting strangers in person carries inherent risk. By using the Service, you acknowledge and accept this risk. We do not conduct criminal background checks or verify identity beyond phone number and photo review.
You are solely responsible for your own safety when meeting other members. Harbour is not liable for any injury, harm, loss, or damage arising from in-person meetings arranged through the Service.
13. Trust, Safety, and Enforcement
Blocking
You may block any member at any time. Blocking is private. A blocked member cannot see your profile, sessions, or send you invitations.
Reporting
You may report a member for fake profile, inappropriate behaviour, safety concerns, or commercial activity. Reports are reviewed within 48 hours. The reporter's identity is never disclosed.
Automated suspension
If your account receives 3 or more blocks from different members within any 90-day period, it is automatically suspended without prior human review. Email hello@joinharbour.co with the subject "Suspension Review" to request a human review.
Bans
Confirmed violations may result in a permanent ban. Banned accounts are not eligible for refunds. Attempting to create a new account after a ban is a further violation.
14. Termination
By you
You may delete your account at any time via Settings → Delete Account. The €99 lifetime payment is non-refundable after the 30-day refund window.
By us
We may suspend or permanently terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for any reason. We are not obligated to provide a reason.
15. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, BRENOM LLC DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.
16. Limitation of Liability
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, BRENOM LLC WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM OR (B) €100.
17. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless BRENOM LLC from any claims, liabilities, damages, and expenses arising out of your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your conduct toward other members.
18. Intellectual Property
The Harbour app, website, brand, and design are owned by BRENOM LLC. By submitting content to the Service, you grant us a limited license to store, display, and process that content solely to operate the Service. You retain ownership of your content.
19. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA. For EEA users, mandatory EU consumer protection rights are not affected.
Informal resolution
Before filing any formal claim, contact us at hello@joinharbour.co and give us 30 days to resolve the issue informally.
Binding arbitration
If informal resolution fails, disputes will be resolved by binding individual arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its Consumer Arbitration Rules, in Pinellas County, Florida.
Class action waiver: You and Harbour each agree to bring claims only in your individual capacity and not as a plaintiff or class member in any class action or representative proceeding.
Opt-out
You may opt out of arbitration within 30 days of first agreeing to these Terms by emailing hello@joinharbour.co with the subject "Arbitration Opt-Out".
20. Changes to These Terms
For material changes, we will notify you by email and in-app notification at least 14 days before the change takes effect.
21. Miscellaneous
Entire agreement. These Terms and our Privacy Policy constitute the entire agreement between you and BRENOM LLC regarding the Service.
Severability. If any provision is found unenforceable, it will be modified to the minimum extent necessary, and remaining provisions continue in full force.
No waiver. Our failure to enforce any right does not constitute a waiver.
Assignment. You may not assign your rights without our prior written consent.
